SAFETY
TIPS:

Road
Signs While
driving in Panama you will notice a shortage of road sings, and when
you do see them they are not a 100% clear. The sign above means "children
at play", not that you are entering a nudist colony.

Driving
at Night Because
of the lack of road signs and proper illumination, driving at night
should be avoided whenever possible. Specially on the road to Bocas
del Toro, which goes over the mountains and it has dangerous curves,
cliffs, fog, and landslides are common in the area.
